This is a starting template, not a legal document reviewed by an attorney. In particular, raffles that charge money for a chance to win a prize are regulated as lotteries in most U.S. states and often restricted to licensed nonprofits — get real legal review for your jurisdiction(s) before relying on this page.

1. What Razzle is

Razzle lets sellers list vintage clothing, sports cards, trading cards, and sneakers for raffle, and lets buyers purchase numbered tickets for a chance to win the listed item. One ticket is drawn at random to determine the winner of each raffle.

2. Accounts

You need an account to buy tickets. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Buying tickets

Ticket purchases are limited per person, per raffle, to keep odds fair — the limit is shown on each listing.
When real payments are enabled, your card is saved at purchase time but not charged until the raffle is actually drawn. If your card can't be charged at that point, your ticket(s) are not eligible to win that draw.
A raffle that receives no successfully-charged entries by its draw time is cancelled instead of drawn.
Winners are selected uniformly at random from tickets that were successfully paid for, not from all possible ticket numbers — so a partially-sold raffle still draws fairly among actual entries.

4. Selling on Razzle

Sellers apply for approval and submit listings for admin review before anything goes live. You're responsible for accurately describing the condition and authenticity of anything you list, and for shipping the prize to the winner promptly once a raffle is drawn.

5. Refunds and disputes

Because charges are deferred until a raffle is drawn, most disputes should be resolvable before any money moves. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us — we do not currently have an automated refund flow.

6. Prohibited conduct

Don't create multiple accounts to get around per-person ticket limits, list counterfeit or misrepresented items, or attempt to manipulate a draw.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
